Lesley Parsons Ocular Hygienist

Lesley is one of our Ocular Hygienists and Cosmetic Technicians. She joined the SPEC team in 2019, initially working in the optical dispensary before transitioning into dry eye and aesthetic care when Focus Aesthetics launched in 2021.

Lesley provides advanced dry eye treatments, including Radio-Frequency (RF) and Intense Pulsed Light (IPL), focused on improving ocular comfort and long-term eye health. She also performs cosmetic services at Focus Aesthetics, including Morpheus8 treatments and laser hair removal, and is known for her skincare knowledge, helping patients feel confident in caring for their skin between treatments.

Outside of the clinic, Lesley enjoys spending time with her family, cooking and baking, and exploring her creative side. She works with oil and acrylic painting and creates handcrafted leather jewelry.

Holly Veinot
(She/Her/Hers) CCOA, Ocular Hygienist

Holly is a Certified Optometric Assistant and Ocular Hygienist with nearly a decade of experience. After earning her Health Care Aide certificate in 2014, she began her career in optometry, where she quickly discovered her passion for eye care and patient treatment. She joined the SPEC team in 2018 and later transitioned to Focus Aesthetics when it launched in 2021.

Holly’s primary role includes patient education, consultations, and providing dry eye and cosmetic treatments. You’ll also find her lending a hand throughout the clinic, supporting both patients and the SPEC team wherever needed.

Holly specializes in dry eye care, providing advanced treatments including Radio-Frequency (RF) and Intense Pulsed Light (IPL). She is also a specialty contact lens fitting assistant to the optometrists, supporting patients with complex eye conditions, including dry eye, and assists Dr. Randhawa with Plexr treatments.

Alongside her dry eye work, Holly provides cosmetic and aesthetic treatments such as IPL, RF, Morpheus8, and laser hair removal.

Outside of the clinic, Holly enjoys crafting, curling up with a good book alongside her kitties, and going on adventures with her husband.
